The Korean foodie is coming back to you to tell you more about the dishes you should try to eat when you're visiting Paris, or even better, when you're in Korea, the country that makes the dishes better than anyone. Of course, I haven't tasted yet all the Korean dishes but I basically know the main ones. There are many Korean restaurants in which you can go eat in Paris, especially in Pyramides; this is kind of an Asian district: you can find Asian markets, Japanese restaurants, bubble teas (but a little bit too expensive for me...), etc. The restaurant that I really liked was "Chikoja" restaurant. I recommend this restaurant for people who don't like BBQ a lot but prefer noodles, soups or bentos. I ate there three times already I think and it was not that expensive for its quantity. Surprisingly, I would thought that the chef was Korean but he wasn't. I don't remember where he came from but the good thing in this restaurant is that the dishes are cooked in front of your eyes, so you can see the fire and it smells so good. Of course, before knowing what dishes I would take in this restaurant, I watched some Korean dramas and try to copy what people in the dramas ate. Then, the dishes that I've chosen were:

What if you were willing to eat the best Vietnamese dish during this Summer ? Since it's been one year that I haven't eaten this dish, I asked my mother to cook it so I would eat it with pleasure. The recipe is not that complicated : you'll just need to go to an Asian grocery store (either in Paris or in the country you live, well I'm sure there's always a district where you could find these ingredients). Actually, a good banh xeo is a crispy crepe bulging with pork, shrimp and bean sprouts, plus the garnish of fresh herbs that are characteristic of most authentic Vietnamese dishes.
To enjoy one like a local, cut it into manageable slices, roll it up in rice paper or lettuce leaves and dunk it in whatever special sauce the chef has mixed up for you. (CNN Travel description). I posted a little 16 seconds video about my mom and I making the Banh Xeo on Instagram... Hope you'll enjoy it! 2016 : Just landed in Vietnam at 09.00 AM instead of 07.00 AM (due to the delay). I can tell you guys that I wasn't used to the jet lag. Taking off from France and landing in Vietnam: days are so different because of the jet lag. Anyway, I stayed for 3 weeks there, travelling back and forth: Ho-Chi Minh City to Hue and to Đà Nẵng. It's not my first time that I've been to Vietnam. I went once in 2014 and the other in 2016. I was amazed back then. In Hô Chi Minh City, there's Saïgon. Saïgon, and other cities as well, are too much crowded due to scooters, cars. Be careful, if you go there, wear a mask (pollution). But, there are a lot of thing you can do. For example, you can eat at the restaurants (don't laugh at me because I'm eating too much lol). I went through Saïgon, the malls and Saïgon's market where there are cheap things. It's so cool, you can buy whatever you want and enjoy. Christmas with my family was amazing. I'm just waiting for the "new year celebration". Anyways, as we were all reunited, we decided to all go to Paris and go to the Grand Palais to do ice-skating. Actually, we were all good at ice-skating. We ate in a Korean restaurant (delicious by the way), and eat a lot, guys but I wasn't really full of food. I wanted to eat again but my brain said "stop don't eat more or you'll be sick after". The restaurant was full. To tell you guys, this restaurant is a good one and you must go eat there once in your life. There was a big queue outside which even filled all the street. It is called "Jantchi". Address : 6 rue Thérèse, 75001 Paris Website : http://www.jantchi.com/ Korean food is not that bad. The food here is so amazing. You can order as much food as you want. If I had a big stomach and belly, I think I would stay in this restaurant during hours and hours. I'll show you what we ate. And you, what did you do at Christmas? Did you had a drink? Champagne? Foie Gras? Tell me by giving comments! I want to know all your life! To get to know my readers a little bit!
