What if you were willing to eat the best Vietnamese dish during this Summer ? Since it's been one year that I haven't eaten this dish, I asked my mother to cook it so I would eat it with pleasure. The recipe is not that complicated : you'll just need to go to an Asian grocery store (either in Paris or in the country you live, well I'm sure there's always a district where you could find these ingredients). Actually, a good banh xeo is a crispy crepe bulging with pork, shrimp and bean sprouts, plus the garnish of fresh herbs that are characteristic of most authentic Vietnamese dishes. To enjoy one like a local, cut it into manageable slices, roll it up in rice paper or lettuce leaves and dunk it in whatever special sauce the chef has mixed up for you. (CNN Travel description).
